Congratz !!!!! i think im the most unlucky one here..lol.......got the Alien Registration Number changed msg for both CR1 and K3 on 4/15...so far still nothing..alot of people got this msg and got approved next day....

On April 18, 2014, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this I130 IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR RELATIVE, FIANCE(E), OR ORPHAN. Please follow any instructions on the notice. If you move before you receive the notice, call customer service at 1-800-375-5283.


FINALLY! I'm approved after sooooo long! I'm finally approved! ALHUMDULILLAH x a Million! Thanks to Allah!

Thanks to everyone who helped me and was with me in this process !

Can someone tell me what happens next I have no idea && any tips on how to speed up the process

I-130 PD 2/25/2013

I-129F 11/8/2013

I-130 transfered to NSC on 11/7/2013

I-129F transfered to NSC on 12/6/2013

I-130 Alien Registration Number was changed on 04/15/2014

I-129F Alien Registration Number was changed on 04/15/2014

I-130 NOA2 APPROVED 05/08/2014

I-129F NOA2 APPROVED 05/08/2014, 6/02/2014 Closed by NVC

I-130 NVC received 06/02/2014 , Case # Assigned 06/20/2014

I-130 DS -261 Completed online 7/7/2014

1-130 AOS Bill invoiced and paid 7/7/2014

1-130 Applied for Electronic Processing 7/7/2014...waiting again :clock:

9/24/2014 AOS scanned
10/17/2014 IV scanned
10/31/2014 checklist email (ask for beneficiary's passport biographic data page :o ) :crying:
11/03/2014 checklist response received

01/06/2015 Case Completed :goofy:

1/13/2015 Case Compete Email

1/15/2015 P4 Email......Interview scheduled for 2/03/2015 ...... :dancing:

The purpose of a real timeline is to build up statistics data for more accurate approval estimates. So it would really help other members if more people filled theirs in.

No don't say that! I mean ik u feel that way cuz I was in Ur shows be4 I got my approval but don't worry. :)

NVC received- 5-7-2014

Case number- 5-31-2014

DS-261- June 10th!

AOS sent- 3rd july

AOS scanned- 11th July

IV paid- 14th July

DS260 submitted- 17th July

IV sent: 19th July

IV scanned: 24th July

Checklist for AOS: Email received 3rd sept :cry:

Response sent: 7th sept

Checklist scanned: 11th sept

IV approved: 17 sept :dancing:

CASE COMPLETE: 4th nov 2014!!! (AT LAST)

Congrats on all the approvals! Keep bugging USCIS if you are way over your processing time..!! Be persistent..!

16th May 2013- I-130 PD Date
30th Dec 2013- Transferred to TSC
13th Mar 2014- I-130 Approved
20th Mar 2014- Cased shipped to NVC.

NVC STAGE

28th Mar 14 Case received at NVC
28th Apr 14 Case # & IIN assigned
13th May 14 AOS package scanned into the system
14th May 14 DS260 available/completed.
20th May 14 IV package scanned into the system

12th June 14 AOS checklist- NVC error-

13th June 14 Supervisor review, said she would remove it when spoke to her. (Up to 30 business days).

28th July 14 CASE COMPLETE!!!!

19th August 2014- Medical

5th September 2014- Interview @ London

05th Sep 2014-Interview

05th Sep 2014- APPROVED! Visa Status Issued same day!

10th Sep 2014- Visa in hand

18th September 2014- POE ORLANDO FL! DISNEY!! :dancing:

Remember teh hadith of the prophet (salawat): "if you knew the future, you would've chosen the actual (or the present)"

Meaning is that we don't know what Allah has for us in the future. We know Allah is good.

Just have faith in Allah and things will work to the best!
