    Looks like there's some movement in the miserably slow YSC Processing Center as my wife and I's Removing Condition for Residency card was finally approved!!! Received the 48 month extension letter a few days after the 1 year expiration letter had lapsed and just received word today that the card was approved and mailed! Took almost 4 years but glad this ordeal is finally over. All the best to those who are still waiting to hear back.
