I130 December 2016 filers

Hi all.....any December filers on board here. Anyone been approved yet? Received my noa1 and already into third month of waiting.......can we support each other

I was just popping over here to see if there was any progress for December filers. We filed with Chicago on December 15 and received the NOA1 saying they received it and that's it. I am hoping we can switch over to DCF in Switzerland once it is "approved" or whatever level of approved they need, because it should go faster with DCF since we are abroad. It's just a shame we couldn't go directly to DCF with Germany's USCIS office nearby.

I imagine with all of Trump's recent executive orders that all immigration processes are taking a lot longer, but it's frustrating because if we don't receive a visa on time, we will lose out on the job offer that is the only thing making a move to the US possible.

Sent our I-130 Dec 4 and received the NOA1 on the 17th. It looks like there have been a few November filers that received their second NOA in February, so I wouldn't be surprised if March will be our month! Keep your eye out and I'll be sure to notify if we receive word sometime soon.

thanks to all for your post......the wait is agonizing. Hopefully we'll get a move on soon on approval's. Smooth journey guy's and no RFE's fingers crossed.

November filer here, NOA1 date 11/22 received NOA2 02/16 likely they have started processing December by now.. good luck to all!

Thank you... wishing you the best of luck as well!  Give them a call every morning (no waiting on hold) hopefully they will assign a case number soon. It's a pretty fast process from what I hear.
