AOS and Trump mass deportation

Timeline

I put in my AOS November 18 2016 and uscis got it November 22nd, I did my biometric on January 4th , and I have not received my work permit. With all that's going on in the country I'm beginning to worry about the interview or one day ice do a random search , and asked for identification.  I would really like to hear your thoughts

I agree with above as well. As long as you are here legally and have the proper paperwork then you are good and don't worry.

Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.
