Me and my fiancé born in Egypt , we speaks Arabic through Facebook and viber she's 20 , I'm 24

, We ready to send our I-129 , I find out we must translate the messages to English but the problem is we wrote to each other kinda like slang it's hard to explain , but the younger generation know what I'm talk about , I will give you example ( ba7bk) is mean I love you , (miss you a wii) it's mean miss you so much , it's mix between English and Arabic , you write the word in Arabic with English letter because her phone couldn't write Arabic

any way we show our messages to a few trasnloter office , nobody can translated to English because is not a language .

so my question is , do I still send some messages with my application ?

Or it will rejected my application ?

Maybe don't send any with the I-129F petition to USCIS, but collect some for the visa interview later. These should affirm the bona fide nature of your relationship.

You can, and in most cases, it's a good idea.

USCIS will not care about this extra information, but the consular officer (CO) might.

The CO is not supposed to ignore information that he knows USCIS has seen.

However, you might want to include English translations, to help prove that USCIS has "seen" them.

This will take some work.

You might also want to include the translator's certification, available elsewhere on this site.

It's up to you to send the messages or not.

USCIS will not care about the messages and will NOT turn down your application if they are or are not included.

In I-130 package, we sent about 100 screenshots form vibes & messenger chats, all of them with Franco(no word with Arabic or English),and every thing went well with my petition, and they approved it.

No need for the chat translation.

You must translate papers like military & birth certificates.

I think that the most important thing that they search about it in the chats photos is the DATES.

They will not look if you said I love you or b7bk, they will look in the dates, they will look if there are messages bpermanently permanently,so you must focus on dates more than any thing.

I also think the main point is to make sure that you both can communicate with eachother.

Do you have Skype/Facetime/Hangout/Call logs? You can use those records too. They show that you communicate regularly and really do not have transcripts.

Really isn't as important what you say as that you talk and write

our messages, if anyone read them, express our dissatisfaction with immigration and the BS and the fact they don't keep people informed along the way

However, you do need to express real emotional caring and love for the person / the real relationship

thru your chats, phone calls or cards / i use 123 greeting cards online as they are free and allow you to print the main page / don't choose the dark reds as then what you write (like your signature) doesn't show in print / i printed face page of this and the email confirmation page that it was sent

I also used screencaps throughout the relationship, so not all 60k texts, but in some of them I put descriptions of what was happening. IE "This was before a major surgery" or "This was when we were planning on visiting for the XX/2016 trip"

Why not translate it yourself? You don't need to be a certified translator in order to translate documents like that. Legal documents yes, chats and such no. Just translate and then attach a paper saying that you translated and that the translation is accurate to the best of your knowledge. Sign and date it.
