"Yes" on N-455 at Oath Ceremony?

Hello all. We are finally nearing the end of this process! My wife took and passed her N400 citizenship interview late last fall. We then traveled to Thailand for about 3 weeks during the winter so she could visit her sick mother and family in Thailand. She traveled using her Thai passport and re-entered with her green card.

Her oath ceremony is scheduled for early March, in Lincoln, NE.

Since we traveled internationally after her interview, she will need to mark "Yes" on the second question of the N-455 form ("Have you traveled outside the United States?").

Has anyone had this experience? We are wondering, do we need to bring any documentation related to her travel to Thailand? If so, what? Any problems or questions to prepare or plan for?

she brings her passport to the ceremony as proof of the trip taken, they might want to check if it was stamped, that's all,

of course the appointment letter with the questions on the back and the GC, she will surrender her GC and the letter

and at the end of the ceremony she will receive her certificate

Exactly as stated above.

I'd bring a copy of the flight itinerary too just to make checking the dates easier if they want to check.

If you see my timeline you'll see there was a 2 year gap from my interview to my oath ceremony. It is ridiculous for USCIS to think that I would not travel internationally at that time. When I got to the ceremony he asked if I had traveled out of the US since my interview. I said yes. He asked where. I told him "Canada". He asked for the dates I traveled, I told him. I went on my way. There was no need for documentation to be provided. However, bringing it may ease your wife's mind but I doubt it will be asked for.

when I had my oath ceremony, they were going row by row asking people and just quickly looking at the passport

it's always better to take it just in case

Hi everyone. Thank you for your replies and the helpful information. We do feel relieved! Her Thai passport has a US entry stamp on it, and we will also bring a copy of our travel itinerary and the USCIS interview test result letter as well. That should confirm that she was only out of the country for a few weeks.
