NVC administrative process K1

hello I'm in the process of k1 visa, my case was approved on October 30, came to nvc November 12 and I got my new case number on november 17, I do not understand because the nvc says my case is under administrative process if they do not process i129f ?. I called them and first time that i called they told me, your case is under administrative process, second time they said, no, your case is not under administrative process, third time they told yes, i don't know what to do.

did happen the same to someone here ? how long the NVC took to send the case to the embassy?

yes, still says at nvc and also says that we received a notification from the NVC, we didn't receive nothing, therefore i called to them and they told your case is under administrative process

Every K-1 case undergoes AP at NVC. usually takes about three weeks.

Also my case was in AP when got at NVC. Changed in transit after about 2 business day from #case assigned.
