Letter on intent to marry form question

Hello,

Do Californians send their 1-129F to the California service center? If so, is it to the street address or the PO Box listed below. Also, do we use the same address on the letter to marry form?

No every 129f applicant sends it to the place listed on the instructions for the form.

For the letter of intent I put the same address on the top of the letter.

The letter of intent is part of the I-129f packet. Don't send them separately, send them together. And all of them get sent to Dallas for USCIS to send out to whatever desk they get sent to.

We're obviously not going to send the letter separately, but there should be an address on the letter (according the examples on this forum) and we just wanted to know if that address should be the same as the address we send the I-129f package to (ie the Dallas address). Put the address you send the I-129F petition to, OR put no addresses at all. They are not a requirement.
