after they scan they need to review it, NVC is now stating 60 days to review each documents you send, if this is a checklist, it can take 30 days, some cases are taking 30 days and not 60, preprare your self 60.

about the interview date, after getting a case complete, the NVC will send you an email in 5-7 days, to confirm and after this, NVC will schedule an interview date in the consulate in India, it can take unknown time to get your interview , can be short and can be long wait.

The immigration process caused me PTSD.

Thanks guys,

I just spoke NVC and they mention me that because of extreme workload they haven't confirm you back.

However they mentioned that thy have scan my PCC in 17th. And then they gone review as well and gone take maximum 60 days

So my question to u guys is that does it always take 60 days as well for checklist response ?

And I have already been let down

Yes usually it take 60 days, even for checklist too. If you are lucky it might take less, or wait for some miracle. That's awful that NVC don't open their eyes and recruit some more people to go through papers. It is really awful that we need to wait for 60 days instead of 20 or 30 days. This shouldn't be the waiting time.
