Waiting time?

Hi everyone

So we recieved the NOA2 notice on september 23rd but still havent had a letter containing the new LND case number, we are trying to move the process along as quickly as possible but we seem to be stuck.

Is there any way of checking what our new case number is so we can arrange the medical?

call NVC and ask if they received the approved petition yet, if yes they will gave you the case number

Thanks for the reply. Is there anywhere i can call in London that will tell me my case number if its arrived? My fiancee in the states is away on vacation so she cant make the call until next week.

Not really. London doesn't take phone calls or give out info freely. When London is ready for you to proceed, you will get a letter from them that will also have the number.

Do you have a way to call the US? Give her info and ask.

Actually, I am on the same boat. I got approval notice on September 16th. I have yet to receive any information from NVC. I called them and they said they haven't received the case yet.
