hello everybody

I'm from MOROCCO and my girlfriend from USA, we know each other more than year, and of course we love each other alot :)

She decide to visit me in march 2015, and because this long distance between us we decide to marry in first time,

I want to ask if that can make us in problems when we start the process of CR1. I mean if they accept the marriage in first time in this kind of visa (CR1)..

You will need a lot of supporting evidence front-loaded with your petition. It's not impossible, but it will be difficult. Read through alll of the interview experiences on VJ for Morocco, if you haven't already. Also, do an advanced search on here. Many couples have had a difficult time having married on the first visit, but some have been successful. Good luck

It's no problem as long as you have enough evidence to submit along with your i-130 petition. CR1 is a conditions resident and if approve you gets just 2yrs green card and expected to file before the end of the 2yrs to remove conditions if your marriage is genuine with more evidence. Example having a kid, joint tax return, Same home address, joint account and more others.

Oh Goodie. Just what he needed to hear.

I would definately suggest OP AND his WIFE to come on to VJ and read about what really goes on at CASA.

This is your portal

http://www.visajourney.com/portals/index.php?auto=1

Also MENA

http://www.visajourney.com/forums/forum/97-middle-east-and-north-africa/

Knowing people(s) in person that have been approved after one visit and married will have no bearing on your outcome. Presenting solid evidence and showing you married in good faith will.

Also keep in mind there might be other RED FLAGS in your case....Is your wife much older? Already married and divorced? Previous children? How u met and fell in love?...etc. Also how do you communicate? Your writing in English is not that great yet, Does she speak Arabic? What do you have in common? Just loving each other a lot after "knowing each other over a year" does not show enough evidence to prove a bona fide relationship...

Again if you truely are worried about getting approved, have your wife come on VJ and read a lot about what is ahead for you both.

Good Luck

Good Luck

she's younger than me (me 27 and her 23 ), not married before

i know my english is not that great yet but i lean it step by step its not hard :), she's also start lean arabic

and we have lot of things in common

maybe its a short time we know each other (more than year) but we talk every day and never stop talking and we know lot of things about eachother

i'm just afraid about marriage in first time if they can accept if i have evidences or even evidences they will denied

I would make sure this visit is quite long. One week in person isn't going to help you, for example. I suggest a month or more.

But click the links the other poster provided. You do not have an easy embassy, however the fact that both of you are young and have never been married or have kids helps your case.
