165 $ fees

hello everyone

I have made account and I had no problem to pay the 165 $ and they take it from my bank account and all sound good to me but I paid it from 5 days and it's still show pending review ? sure they send me Email about my payment and they receive it but is there is Approval I should wait or it will be pending review till I go to usa ? I don't understand this part .. thanks guys .

If this was for your visa you should know the visa system crashed thursday. Here is the Fox news article so you're not the only one facing delays right now.

yea that was for my visa and this crashed was Wednesday I paid day before . and it should be changed soon ? it's accepted now ? so it should be changed to something else or it will change after I go to usa ? or it will change but the web site crashed so they have problems ? I should have approval notice ?

Oh my gosh. My fiance has been struggling with this stupid profile. He is working on it AGAIN right now. How was it so easy for you? Do you know, does he HAVE to pay the fees through this website or can he just pay at his interview? I emailed the Embassy to ask this question too.

If we need help with this will you help him?

No that's not for the visa. That is for the Immigrant Fee and it paid to the USCIS for the production of the green card.

This will say accepted until you POE. After you POE your "do not open" visa package will be sent to the USCIS from the CBP. Normally 1-3 months after that you will see it change to Optimized and then Closed as they produce the hard copy green card. Keep in mind that your endorsed visa at POE is a temporary green card with which you can get a driver's license or state ID, SSN, job, travel etc...

This fee has nothing to do with the visa.

This is a also a fee that K1 do not have to worry about.

This has nothing to do with visa fees. Any questions you have should be directed to the K1 forum.

They give you 1 year to pay the fee I know this about the CR1 IRI I don't think K1 has this fee. This is for your green card but at POE they give you a stamp on the passport that's good up to a year.My husband arrived in January They just sent him a letter about the fee and he has up to next January to pay.But we paid it and at least I know why we seen review on the website.

to echo NLR's stuff -

expect no movement on that website till about day 45 after your POE date. Sure, you can keep checking it, but it's pointless until you have 45 days past POE event.
