I wanted to see if anyone has advice for how to contact NVC. My wife's petition is at NVC, they sent a letter on May 14th stating that I re-sign one page of the application. One that same letter it says they will respond within 20 business days. Well, 20 business days have passed and we have not received any word from them.

My lawyer has been calling and has emailed twice (a week ago) with no response. Anyone have any recommendations on how to get in touch with them? Is this a normal occurrence (NVC responding late)

My wife and I are starting to get extremely frustrated at this point -- our priority date for I-130 is 05/07/2013, it has been over a year. :(

Any recommendations would be great.

Thanks

NVC is taking full 30 days as of right now.

They have heavy backlog..

Wait another 10 days, you surely get some good news.

Meanwhile, you can call them everyday.. They will tell you any updates if they have for u.
