NOA not yet received after 17 Days Should I be worried

Hi Guys,

Looking for reassurance or advice as our AOS packet was confirmed as delivered 10/07/2016 and I have not yet received a receipt, NOA and the check has not been cashed. I contacted USCIS and ran through the check information and the contents of the package and said it sounds like it is all in order but he can't help yet as it is still with lockbox. I have emailed lockbox but have not received any response.

The issue is my current visit should be ending today as the visa waiver specifies. Should I be worried?

Did you file a G-1145, e-Notification? Sometimes that provides quicker notice then anything. It is somewhat reassuring that the check is still not cashed. Hopefully you will receive it soon.

Afraid not. Unfortunately we did not foresee this. I will definitely be recommending to others that they do this.

It can take up to 30 days to receive receipt notifications from USCIS.

Took about 4 weeks in our case.

Do you recall if the date recorded was soon after it was delivered or when the payment was taken?
