My wife is adjusting her status and there are two fees -- one large fee for the Adjustment of Status application and another smaller fee for biometrics. Do I pay it all in one money order as a total amount or in two separate money orders?

Total amount is $1070 (i-485 form fee of $985 + $85 biometrics fee). Make 1 check/money order for the total amount.

Remember to read the guides to make sure you have everything before sending the papers.

The fee for I-485 applications includes the cost of the I-131 and I-765 (no need to pay for them if filed with or while your I-485 application is pending adjudication).

One money order, unless you cannot purchase one for over $1000. If that is the case, then you can purchase one for the form fee and one for the bio fee, or one for $1000 and one for $70.
