Understanding how to track your approved Visa/Passport

Visa Journey has been amazing it's like Embassy/Visa dictionary idea9dv.gif . There's always an "answer" to every questions we have in mind, we only need "Patience" as Hank always says good.gif .

My fiance left today to go back to WA with a wonderful feeling that within a couple of days or weeks I will be flying soon to be with him.wub.png

As soon as I arrived home, I started reading Visa Journey Philippines about how to track the visa. I found the following very helpful, giving me a clearer and realistic understanding when to expect my visa.

I always refer to Hank's link whenever i need something =), then i came across Rob&Ann link too, about their case status and then Justin and Janen comments.

Hanks link as always nothing goes wrong, while Rob&Ann first hand information (from their actual experience) is very helpful and Justin/Janen's comment it was only today that I fully undestood about what is UID.

LESSON LEARNED:

Personally I need a little kickin' headbonk.gif in order for me to understand things. I try not to panic or whine about some situation that I don't understand. First thing first open Visa Journey dictionary.... hehehe....and patiently ClockWatch2.gif read and read and read.... research... research....research!!!!!

Oh how I thank that my Fiance that he came across Visa Journey Forum. The adventure goes on and on until we get the Citizenship.

Please find below link for ease reference:

HI,
Just got my K1 visa approved today. The lady did not give me any paper after veryfing to me if i have delivery option.
Is that normal? I read that tracking thru 2Go... you just need to put your passport no. Normaly how many day before you can track your visa/passport? Please advice.
Thank you in advance.

For 2GO tracking we are able to use the UID from the appointment letter bar code, but not passport number.

Interview was last Monday and we were able to track with 2GO today (Tuesday morning Manila time). So 8 days (5 business).
