Hi, We just got married and I'm now working for my adjustment of status. I just want to ask these questions:

1. Where can I get my Alien number? Is it something to get when I already have my temporary green card?

2. What surname should I type about the "Information About Me", is it the surname of my husband or still my maiden surname?

3 Where will I send the completed forms/package?

Alien number is found on the NOA2 approval notice for your I-129F. It is by the beneficiary's name.

If you are going to use your husband's name legally from now on, then that is the name you use on all the forms. Your EAD/AP and green card will come in whatever name you use on the forms.
