unsure about the temporary stuff..

routing is :

lockbox then NBC then a local office

but - this is all speculative until we get more reports about approvals and WHERE the approvals are being done.

NBC is a given, however.

You do have TSC floating around as a data point, we rarely really use it here , as not that many cases were transferred to TSC . There was a period of time where they were, however, to handle the overflow - TSC bungled the job, alas.

So where ever you have TSC as a data point, can add in MSC/National Benefits Center ?

This will affect CR-1/2, IR-1/2, AOS from K-1 where an interview is not needed, and some other category we not use here.

To confirm. People are filing and they are getting their 1st notice of action from the MSC (not another center)? Typically we have always used the first center it was filed at (and not the center it was transferred to).

yup - but it's 3 groupings, aye?

based on NOA-1 letter:

1. got eac #, but was transferred to MSC

2. got WAC #, but was transferred to MSC

3. got MSC # , no notice of transfer.

Please review the link in post #8 here, as you can SEE how things are from AUG 15 forward.

The majority of cases now are issued with MSC, no transfer, NOA-1 comes straight from MSC/NBC with no wording on casefile transfer.

I'm asking for a new data point in the timeline section, it affects

I-130s for CR-1/CR-2, IR-1, IR-2 and

AOS from K-1 where an interview would not be given.
