What is your F2A cutoff date prediction for Sep 2011 VB?

FEB 08, 2010

USCIS

PRIORITY DATE : FEBRUARY 3RD, 2010

CASE APPROVED ON SEPTEMBER 9TH, 2010

NVC

CASE COMPLETED ON DECEMBER 21ST, 2010

^^^VISA APPROVED ON JULY 3RD, 2012^^^

To date, the August VB is likely to move to 22 Jul 08 for F2A. So the prediction of Nov 08 for September sounds reasonable. However, as September is the last month of the FY, NVC would use all of the available visas left. Then I hope it would reach the 1 Jan 09.

I agree with your reasoning, just hope they are not short with the visa numbers and willing to use all remaining visas, cross your fingers please!
