Sorry about that, did you'll figure out which question you'll answered differently? You will now have to wait ubtil USCIS send you a letter acknowledging your returned petition. I seems as if the time frame in which you had your interview, doesn't aid you to be able to ask to have your petition to stay at the embassy, so you'll could correct the problem. So you now must wait for the letter. Was your visa application a K3 or a CR1, if it was a K3, then you may still have hope on your 130. Your 130 could still ganish you another interview.

They said that her answers and my answers to the questions does not match.

Case will be Reviewed at USCIS... answers do not match... possible fraud suspect.

Okay, then what is the status of the 130 that you filed along with the 129. The approved 129 is what was used for the K3 interview. Has the 130 been appoved? What is your time-line, what was the date of the last interview?

Everything else was approve all we had left was the interview. we had a simple wedding she and I and 2 witnesses. My wife interview was May 6, 2011 she told the interviewer the witnesses nick name then i got my interview on june 21 and i told the interviewer their real name I gave them phone records, money transfer receipt and pictures.

Have the witness to write statements to atest that they were at the wedding and have them to indicate their nicknamr along with their legal names. Have the witness to notarized their statements.

Wait for casefile to be returned to USCIS

then

USCIS will contact you regarding further action.

However - ATPEACE mentions another path, to check in with NVC to check the status of the I-130 petition.

It should still be there, and if yer lucky - it's not been closed.

IF IT'S NOT BEEN CLOSED, do the NVC Processing for a CR-1/IR-1 visa, you'll get another interview date way before USCIS gets the casefile back . Be prepared with a pile of evidence at the interview, this time, ya?

Good Luck !

whoa. I'm suggesting you CALL NVC, get a human, inquire about the I-130 (not the I-129F, not the K-3 visa)
