totally irrelevant to your point but I think DNA tests should be standard. Not so much about trust but to stop women going through the pain of being questioned, men of trying to shirk responsibility... In some states in the US, a child born in wedlock, even if PROVED not to be the husbands kid, the husband is responsible for it (child support etc). I saw a report about it once. Wish I could remember the state...

http://www.divorcenet.com/resources/divorce/paternity-issues/claims-paternity-a-child-born-wedlock here "Basically, if a couple is married and has a child, the state assumes that the husband is the father of the child and acts accordingly in matters of the child’s birth registry, and enters the father’s information on the birth certificate for the child without any further questions asked. As such, the father has automatic claims to paternity and can, in many cases, retain his parental rights even if it later turns out the child is not his."

Again not really on topic but I think it's interesting and not something I ever would have thought about otherwise.

Either way CONGRATS! on being proved right :D
