That logic is just too f*cked up to even comprehend. You don't see a problem with a 50 year old man marrying an 18 year old girl? Screw the visa part of all this. Does that seem right to you? Also, I find it a little odd that you claim to be doing all this charity work, but not too long ago you were asking people here for money.

Ayyyyyyy Nakuuuuuuu!

Is that Tagalog?

It mean ohhh my goshhhhhh!

the hard heads will raise noise to this... but I hope someone will take notice and spare themselves a lot of trouble.

this hard head is on your side. i was working in china 3 years before i married, and spent two of them living with my wife in china. it allows you time to separate the wheat from the chaff.

so while you are sitting back and judging me, why dont you send some money to a third world hell hole, and help a child.

Nice way to describe the place you call home.

We dont need to send money to the children, you are doing it for us from what you have said.

You sound like a male Mother Teresa to me.

I can see you now in the streets of Cebu leading the children in song. I am sure the locals are glad to have you saving them from living in the bamboo shacks ect.

You must enjoy seeing the little faces peering out at you on the milk cartons. Is that why you left the USA ?

Greener pastures in the P I for the old buffalo?

My wife's parents are poor rice farmers in Isaan. They seem happier than most Americans I know.

My wife's parents are poor rice farmers in Leyte, they work from sun up to sun down, and have never ask me for one dime. Happy and grateful for what they have.

she will be 18 in about a month....

And how old are you?

If you are older than 25-30, she has nothing in common during the two of your life stages.

Not to mention it's illegal if you're doing anything.

He's 50.

OMG! And my father is 54..

I see the consulate coming up with some reason to deny this, or at least put it on AP until 2020.

Lol why?

Because of the 32 year age difference.

I don't think age gap will be a reason for denial. I know a petitioner who's 54 and his wife is 21 (33 yrs difference) and her visa was approved last week. Well, they're married. I don't know if they will do the same for fiance's visa.

(I'm going for the IR-1 and blowing off the K-3. Even if it takes an extra couple months, it's worth it to not have to deal with USCIS again)

Note:

Please fill out I-130, wait 6 months for approval, then 3 more months for an interview. (Unless of course we've bombed your country into the stone age, then you qualify for expedited processing.)

Welcome to the USA!!!

It's an irrelevant line of discussion anyway. This "saint" doesn't want to come back to America. He is happy living with his 17 year old girlfriend and criticising those who do go about the process of "getting to know" their spouses in a different way.

Seattle2Cebu has been posting for a while on both VJ and also on livingincebu.com. He's a real piece of work. His "advice" is all over the map, and he constantly airs his dirty laundry online. For example:

> He's had two failed K-1 relationships involving Filipinas, and another failed marriage.

> Was diagnosed bipolar and is off his medication.

> Has anger-management issues that he does not get treatment for.

> Was arrested in Washington State and given a deferred prosecution for domestic violence, which involved "spanking his children".

> Left his children with their grandparents in Texas.

> Was fired from his call center job in Washington State.

> Moved to Cebu with about $1000. to his name (and no income stream), and blew through it in two weeks.

> Loves to play poker and gamble online.

> Has diabetes (which he neglects).

> Has erectile disfunction.

> Almost lost his leg to infection while in Cebu (not THAT leg).

> He's 50 and has taken up in Cebu with a 17-year-old Cebuana who doesn't speak English and has a fourth or fifth-grade education.

> Got angry at his fiancée in Cebu and nearly tore down her aunt's house...injuring himself in the process.

> Was basically broke and homeless in Cebu.

> Begged for money on VJ and on other online sites.

> Advocates that you put a key-logger on your computer to monitor your significant other.

> Is now renting a house using school loans from his online Bible-studies course.

> Is engaged to be married to a 17-year-old Cebuana who he calls (at different times) his wife, his joke-wife, his fiancée, his so-called wife, or his girlfriend.

> Was planning their wedding for 250+ people in Cebu when he was broke.

Would you take advice from this guy?

What a catch!

Did I mention that he does not even follow his own advice. He got engaged to this 17-year-old child as soon as he arrived in Cebu. One of his first orders of business was planning a big October wedding and buying her a big rock for her ring finger. Just WOW!

Damn!

Double damn!
