Hi everyone,

I just got an update on my case. They sent out an RFE for what I don't know. I applied for VAWA in early August 2010, and I am just sad and frustrated right now. My daughter's health has been so bad, she was in the intensive care unit again this week...I am just tired of all this struggles, all by myself, I am tired and just wish I could pack my bags and go home, but how will my little girl get the medical care she needs?

I hope everything becomes ok and it will by the power of God.sorry for all the things u are going thru and everybody on dis forum shuold stay strong.the devil has many ways in defeating us but by the power of God we can still fight the devil.u are not the only one who has thought about packing his or her bag and leaving i ave also thought of that and so as othere people,there is nothing there for us but poverty.at least u ave ur family there but getting a job and starting a new life is difficult.am not also patiance but i tell u plse stay here and let ur daughter get well so she can ave a great life and education,just send them what they need and everything wil be ok.never feel sorry for ur self plse stay strong stay blessed.

myjay, we are in the same boat i applied the same time with you .they ask me for more evidence about the abuse . it has been a month since i got that. my lawyer is working on that right now . we all have to be stonger .

Thanks yulisa and lucymiss. i know this journey is difficult for all of us one way or another, I pray that God will give us the strength to go through this and come out stronger and better.

It's just hard sometimes...

I have not received the letter for RFE yet, so I am not sure what they want yet, I will keep you all posted.

Thank you everybody for your concern. I still can't believe that my case got approved. It took them 10 months to approved my case. No prima face, no RFE , no nothing just one touch one approval, that is it, game over. I applied back in sept. 2010. Good luck to everybody else who is waiting. Have faith and stay strong. God is good

Many times! ! ! And I always got the same answer: Your case is being processed. Nice, right?

Hey ewtn2009,when they told you,your case is being processed how long did it take them to send u an rfe or to approve ur case?

Hi .do they send you RFE regarding I-360 or i-485 ?

got response i will hear from them in 9 months after aos interview my ead will expire next month .things going worse for me

Anyway I need to know what 2 do now being though I'm in removal and my next court date is not until Sept.22nd. Plz if there is anybody there with some knowledge let me know. I really appreciated. my i 360 was approved , i filled for an i 485 and at the interview with the aos at my local uscis office,the aso officer told me that the department at vermont center who has approved my application request to send them back my file.

please help ,what does that mean?

i m very worry.

nov 2009 i 360 approved

april 2011 i 485 interview based on approved i 360

june 2011 i 485 pending (file sent to vermont center)

Local office sending your file back to Vermont means there is a problem that needs to be resolved before approving your AOS. It does not always mean revocation of the approved I-360. May be the officer who interview you or Vermont Service Center found some new information that cause a doubt.

Stillhere, You still need to go court to advise the Judge that your VAWA has been approved. That is the only way he can canceled your removal. For the time being you should expect to receive an interview notice.
