Nhi & Tony San Francisco 2025-02-15 No No - High Getting through the SFO Port of Entry was very simple. We were only asked one question: "When are you planning on getting married?" They took the sealed K-1 visa packet from the consulate, laid all the contents out, and went through each document. Entire process took less than 3 minutes to get Nhi's passport entry stamp. 2025-05-09
Jocelyn Sanders & Christopher Sanders Dallas 2025-02-14 No - High Other than the connecting flight being delayed by 2 hours, there were no issues at all. 2025-07-13

TMMT M & T CDN-USA Border 2025-02-10 No Yes - High POE was at Winnipeg Airport. M and I walked to the primary inspection point together, she informed the CBP officer that she was entering under the K1 Visa. Officer took her paperwork, looked it over and ask if we would get married within 90 days - both said yes. Took us over into secondary, a CBP officer told us it should be no more than 10 minutes. The 2nd officer looked over M's documents and checked the system. Took her thumbprint, said have a nice wedding and said welcome to the United States. Cleared and off we went to our flight. M lived in Winnipeg. Direct flight YWG - LAX 2025-07-08

Mom and Dad & Juliette CDN-USA Border 2025-01-31 Yes,Passport Stamp No - High Took about 1 hour. No wait to talk to anyone as we used the Nexus line, but non-nexus would have been an hour of waiting in line. Our time was mostly just sitting and waiting as the 2 officers at the counter did not know how to process it and had to get help from a supervisor. They were extremely nice and congratulated us on the immigrant visa. No fingerprint or photo taken. The officer even took a photo of us for me to commemorate the event! 2025-02-11
