  1. 1 year ago I applied for removal of conditions and I think I made a mistake on the form by adding information about my US citizen husband on the petitioners section. Only to realize after when I sent the application that the petitioner is actually me ( the conditional resident) when dealing with I-751. Has anyone experience this big mistake, if so what was the result on your case??? Please, I need to know what to expect and how it can be corrected.
  2. Hello everyone, Which is faster? Filing N400 online or by mail? I also have a I-751 petition pending. Please share your experience. Thank you.
  3. Please let me know if the stepparent should provide supporting documents with the petition for a child?
  4. Anyone here with experience, file for removal of conditions for teen child? If so, what documents did you send with his/her petition? What are the sections on the form should the US citizen sign???
  5. OK thanks, but can my son sign the form and what part of the form should he sign and my US citizen husband?
  6. Hello everyone, I have a pending I-751 for myself for almost a year. Now i'm about to file I-751 for my son who is 15 years old. I have a few questions: 1.Who signs part. 7 (6A) and part 8 (6A) my US citizen husband or my son? 2.Is my son old enough to sign these forms? 3.Should I still send supporting documents for my son even though I sent all supporting documents last year with my petition?
