We did POE through the Bahamas. We were the only ones waiting in the secondary area. The first CPB officer had no idea what she was doing. She didn't speak Spanish and my husband doesn't speak English yet so she only spoke to me. She couldn't find his A-number in the computer so we had to wait over an hour while she talked to her boss. Another CBP officer finally came in and said she was doing everything wrong. He took over and redid everything in about 10 minutes. Unfortunately we had just missed our flight but the American Airlines staff were very helpful and put us on the next available flight. |
