There was an issue in which the consulate had forgotten to add a certain document of moderate importance. The officer made a couple of phone calls and got it straightened out. We were detained a total of 90 minutes but most of that was the officer trying to fix the issue. My respect for them went up dramatically for the help we recieved	2013-10-07
