Quick processing. I had my children with me and we were waiting in line and processed by BCO within about 15 minutes. Border Control Officer reminded me I had to get married before 21 August. My name was spelt incorrectly (my middle name included as my first name). Created problems trying to get SSN and took weeks to have rectified. |

The only thing I noticed was that when you are transferred to the processing office (in company of another officer of course),your file will either be dropped on "SOFT" or "HARD" deck for the processing officer to know how to treat your case I guess.But the office also process other visa categories too.I was there with mostly South/Central Americans and an Indian woman. I was the only K-1 visa holder there. |
