The officer only took additional documents then asked where each of us worked and approved the lift of conditions also in additions it was the same officer from the previous interview for the I485 application so he was happy to see us |

With Biden's new law, many of us IR-1/CR-1 visa folks no longer have to do an interview. USCIS updated the page November 2021 stating that they were scheduling an interview, which happened prior to the law update. We never heard anything and then on September 8, 2022 they updated the USCIS page stating that a card is being delivered. Great news for those of us who are tired of waiting for any sort of update! |
