I was approved for My ROC without an interview, I have been in line waiting an interview date since November 24th 2021, so on July 11 2022, I decided to send an inquiry because I was outside normal processing time and they replied with an email stating that My ROC was approved and the notice has been mailed. Also I will advise anyone who has been waiting for their ROC for more than a year to submit an online inquiry, it is free and it wakes them up. I did so on July 11 2022 and yesterday July 14th I received a response with approval.
Edit* Update…this morning 07/15/2022 My status changed to “New card is being producedâ€. Guess it is true USCIS is waiving interviews when you frontload your case with genuine evidences.

Biometrics were waived.
Also, our case was transferred from Vermont to our local office, where we were scheduled to have an interview even though we already went there for AOS. Nothing strange happened at either interview. We were given more or less the same questions. We have no idea why we had to go twice. |

My wife did a combo interview at the Tucson USCIS office. She passed both tests and is now awaiting the oath ceremony. She will not get a new green card. |
