I downloaded all the forms and the doctor info from the website. I then emailed the embassy for an appt and heard back the same day. we only had to wait two weeks from the time of email to the interview date. (My E-mails were responded to the next day at ImmigrantCaracas2@state.gov) Do not wait for the package 3 to arrive by mail. Have the US citizen schedule a time via E-mail to have the Venezuelan citizen pick it up from the embassy. When everything is completed you do not need to send anything to the Embassy. Have the US citizen schedule the interview and the Venezuelan citizen must bring all documents that are required. Make sure the Venezuelan citizen brings copies of the E-mail from the embassy that confirms the date of interview/package pickup. Please send me E-mail with questions	2008-12-14
