We didn't get any of our mail from USCIS or the NVC welcome letter. We didn't get any emails despite filing the paperwork for it. We had to call them to get any updates and as a result we do not have specific dates for much of that portion :( The gap between documents arriving at NVC and fees etc being paid was a decision on our own part to pause the proceedings temporarily, and do not reflect the actual processing time. When documents did get submitted, they were sent for e-processing, not mailed. 2016-12-22

I've sent a request through MyUSCIS. I received a note back saying they'd send a request to the office looking after our cases. After 30 days with still no response, I called. The lady was quite pleasant to deal with and said she was opening a request for service and to call again in 30 days if we've not been provided any updates. 2020/09/25 - One myUSCIS email, one 48 minute wait on the phone with USCIS and 177 days from POE and we finally received our physical green cards! 2023-05-01
