My suggestion is when you submit documents to NVC, make sure you submit all the documents at once and make sure if you are divorced then submit all the divorce certificates even if you have already sent those in USCIS application. 2021-05-11

This time we carried an abundance of evidence including about 300 printed pages of chats sampled from 3 years (17,000 pages) worth, as well as printed evidence of continuous ongoing financial support (many Xoom transfers per month), evidence of cash on hand, bank and investment accounts, a stack of about 300 pictures from our visits with each other over the years, and even a secondary Affidavit of Support from a friend. It is critical to have your story straight and be able to talk and share information clearly about your relationship to the visa officer. This time our visa was approved without any issues. Good Luck! 2022-03-15
