Finally got biometrics appointment for 1/8/21 after numerous calls and service requests! Letter for appointment arrived 2 days before appointment! Appointment went very smooth. EAD authorized (3/15/21) a few days before we got denial to expedite it (expedite denied because approved?!). SSN arrived 3/27/2021. |
