I recently just learned about this app, and I'm travelling home for Easter. Previously it didn't let greencard holders to use the app, and now it does. I'll be travelling through the airport in Montreal, and its in their list of available airports, so thats not a worry either. It didn't make me scan the card at all, so I was wondering what happens once I hit submit when I get to the airport going back home(USA). Mostly wondering to know if its just easier to do the regular customs line than have a hassle in the MPC line is all. -

Where did you go to chat with someone, with Emma all I get is automated things and can never get a person. I'd like to know my IOE too. I sent my case to Tempe so not Phoenix and I haven't heard anything but my check being cashed on the 23rd. -

Has anyone elses check not been cashed yet? They received our packet on the 17th and we haven't heard a single thing yet. We did forget the text/email form, so that's our fault, but it seems everyone gotten some form of mail within a few days or check cashed quickly..so just wondering. -

Sent application: May 16th, 2023 Application received at Phoenix Lockbox: May 17, 2023 I have yet to hear anything, and my cheque hasn't been cashed yet. Government takes forever >.>
