My first I-765 application to USCIS was received on April 13, 2020 was rejected and notice of this was sent on April 20, 2020.
My second I-765 application was received on June 09, 2020 and notice was sent out on June 14, 2020.
I was invited for biometrics appt. on 20th January but the centers were closed for inauguration security & my appt. was rescheduled to Feb 12th.
I first called the USCIS in January and was informed that April 14th was the date my case would be processed. I called up on April 15th for an update and was given 18th May which was almost accurate. |
