First application was rejected and everything sent back to me because I used the old i-485 that they changed. I sent mine just after they stopped accepting it. I filled out all new forms making sure they were all the latest on the USCIS website. Including the new I-944 for both my K-1 and K-2. Sent everything 4/11, received at Chicago Lockbox 4/15. As of 5/8 still waiting...No NOA yet. Rejected again for not having second i-864 for K-2. Resent and received at Chicago Lockbox 5/18/20. |
