Rhemalove Lynn & Anthony K1 Seattle WA 2017-07-10 2017-08-01 2017-08-23 2018-12-19 2018-12-21 Yes No 2018-12-30 Very friendly and helful staff. Interviewer was very kind, friendly and easy to engage with. Interview was 8:15 am we waited 20 minutes past our interview time and then interviewer called our number stating she recognized us from our picture. We stood and raised our right hands and swore that we would tell the truth to the best of our ability. She asked me a few question: what is your date of birth, what is my husbands date of birth, where was he born. how did you meet, when was our wedding date? Then she stated that she needed to ask us a list of question so she did. Then she asked for proof of cohabitation, we gave her bills, car insurance, phone bills, tax return transcripts, anything that proved we lived together with both names on each copy. She never asked for medical, or marriage certificate. We pretty much had everything already in the file from K-1 visa interview. We gave her more recent pictures and she looked at our wedding album. Then we signed a paper stating everything we said was true to the best of our knowledge. We made sure she had our new address she asked what name I would like on the greencard . She said she had everything she needed and would need to review everything. We would know in a couple of weeks. Which I guess is how they are doing thing now. A bit disconcerting. I expected a you are approved at the end of the meeting. Nothing. It tooks 2 days and now our green cards is being printed 2022-11-09
