Evelyn & Ernest K1 Baltimore MD 2018-11-01 2018-11-09 2018-12-03 2018-12-03 2019-03-21 2019-06-14 Yes 2019-06-21 RFE stating we used wrong form (we used the correct version) or we did not sign (possible but doubtful). 03.21.2019: Today went well. Some tips. DO NOT sign in more than 30 minutes early. USCIS has issues with this. Also, during your interview, DO NOT withhold. This is the time you should verbalize, enthusiastically, about your marriage. If not, this WILL cause concern and possibly more RFE's. Our interviewer treated us very well. Understand this, these people are trained interrogators. They are looking for more information than what you provided in your records and listening for inconsistencies. If you are truthful, you'll have nothing to worry about. At the end, she handed us a "hold for further information" sheet. This does not mean we're denied, it means there is more research on their part. I feel things went well and no one got a "PASS" today, NO ONE!!! These files are 6-8 inches thick and they will review every page. The interviewer will allow you to "hang" yourself. So, if you need to provide documentation for anything, explanations, questions, BE PREPARED WITH A LIST BEFORE YOU WALK IN!!! If you walk out and forgot to disclose something, I don't know how you could get back in there. We hope this helps! 2019-08-25
