Ah excuse me but I thought I could file until April 15 oe for that matter an extension making my recent 2008? Idiots Went to the Biometrics appointment today all I have to say is WOW it was fast, easy and everyone was very friendly and helpful. It wasn't busy (a Wednesday at 1:00PM), and they allowed us to do it immediately - 15 min. wait and 5 min. for the process. At the (8-16-2010 interview the interviewer said she was approved, put an I551 stamp in passport (we requested it) and gave us an approval letter. They had separated us for the interview. (Someone had left a tip that it was a fraudulent marriage. They wouldn't say who, but my guess is that it was a bipolar boy that became obsessed with my wife, and when not taking his medicine is capable of some vicious things.) Tips: 1) You should note your wife's pajama tops. I got that wrong. 2) If your husband wears pajamas to bed and then takes them off for the night; say that. I said that I was nude the night before, and she said that I wore pajama bottoms. :( The interviewer asked us about these discrepancies and was satisfied with our reply. :)	2013-09-30

I have read alot about the medical exams, but his is fine as it has been less than a year. 7/31/2010 - Received our 2nd RFE.. apparently USCIS has lost his medical records he gave them at POE..so off to the civil surgeon tomorrow to get another complete medical done....I see we aren't the only ones this happens to 7/14/2010 - We forgot the I-693 Form. We actually knew already and went and had the civil surgeon do it yesterday. We mailed back to the USCIS today!!!! 7/27/2010 - RFEd again....waiting for the letter.	2010-08-23
