It went well and smoothly, besides that I forgot about 1 thing that she asked me. We were questioned together in the same room for about 1 hour and presented our evidence. After submitting my RFE response, I got a "RFE was cancelled" message on my online USCIS account, and the interview was scheduled shortly after. I asked the officer during the interview about this situation, and he verified on my file that they had not used the joint sponsor I had provided, and just used my spouse as petitioner. Otherwise, the interview was friendly and straightforward. The officer said he was trying to approve it on the spot, but the system would not let him finish it without scanning the I693, which is not necessary in my case as I submitted my application within the year I had my medical overseas (valid DS-3025). He gave me a "review notice", but assured me he would approve it as soon as possible, likely the same day. | 2022-05-11 | |
