Entered the US on an employment-based visa. Married a USC and filed for a GC via the marriage track.
Questions were very straightforward and mostly centered around the nature of the relationship as well as the standard Y/N admissibility questions on the I-485. We brought proof of ties in the form of photos and bank/financial statements.
The case was approved on the same day. The officer was incredibly friendly and was willing to do stamp the passport with the I-551 without scheduling a new InfoPass appointment as we were traveling the next day. |
