Corona times -- so the plane wasn't particularly full. We arrived last due to a toddler bathroom stop, at which point there was no line whatsoever.
The CBP officer was a bit surprised by how late we were, but was very friendly and made some small talk. They congratulated me and asked about the food we were bringing (just snacks/candy) as well as for our Covid test results. The wife and I had our pictures taken and the officer stamped my USC family members' passports. They then closed up their booth and we all went to the waiting room for secondary together. They told me to have a seat and that my name would be called. Before I had even put down all the bags I was carrying, another officer called my name and returned my passport with the stamp.
No questions asked in secondary, and everybody was super nice overall. Couldn't have had a better experience.

Easy easy not what I expected at all.... Welcome to the United states. Pay your immigrant visa fee fast & your ss card should be in the mail within 2 weeks.

It went super smooth and easy. I came during the travelban from a Schengen country. My flight was from Frankfurt. But it was no issue at all. We just had temperature checks beforehand and filled out a health paper.

The airport was really empty. I was 4th in line and the officer took my passport, took some fingerprints and took me to secondary. I sat down there and waited maybe 3 mins before they called me and gave me back my stamped passport. No questions at all. And everyone was friendly.

The entry was very smooth. From waiting in line to talking to the immigration officer was a total of 10-12 minutes.

They took the envelope, called his name a few minutes later and then let him go through to get his luggage.
