Hello everyone, hope all are staying safe & healthy wherever you are. I have received an rfe for a missing document of a previous marriage termination which I uploaded the 1st time but they lost it, so I uploaded it again on April 23rd same day the NVC requested it. Does anyone know how long to review this to have case complete. We are just waiting on our interview date in Mumbai. Fingers crossed for all going through this long journey. Thanks for any feedback.

Hi Alan, sorry for the late reply. They asked me for more evidence such as our hotel & travel receipts in both names. They also asked for pictures from when we met and labeled from our trips. They also wanted in detail a written letter how we met and how it led up to marriage in full detail. Hope this helps & best of luck to both of you. Stefanie Singh

you will receive waht they are requesting by mail. This happened to me when i was doing my i130 also

This is the best thing that has happen to you dear. Same happen to me and within a week my i130 has been approved just like all others stated on here.Don't worry you will see.
