Consulate staff were very friendly and helpful.
Interviewer had all papers and reviewed additional papers that were brought. He asked three questions: when did we meet, when was first time we met, when was last time we were together? Then he gave approval.

My fiancee had her interview on July 11, 2019 at 0715 hours, she said it was very crowded and many Petitioners were there also with their beneficiary's. The Filipino intake/ screening officer was the first encountered, she asked my fiancee her name , and date of birth she asked for the following documents: birth certificate, cenomar and since my fiancee was annulled she asked for both NBIs the one from her married name and the one from the annulled name (maiden name). She looked at the documents and returned the single status NBI to my fiancee. She asked my fiancee how we met and what kind of work I did for a living.

Next encounter was with the actual American CO a female very strict I think window 54, I think she has sort of a name around USEM with the people who have had the misfortune of getting her as their interviewer she is very strict and attention to detail focused like a blood hound, if she finds one weak link she proceeds to work it until she is satisfied or ... read complete review
