Interview schedule 7:45, got out at 10:15
At the entry gate they asked for my interview letter. They didn't get my passport like what I read before. Maybe a new protocol. There were around less than 20 people before me.
Pre-screening Filipino consul. She asked for:
1. DS260 (she says this but means the confirmation page only)
2. Passport
3. Birth certificate
4. Marriage Certificate
5. CEMAR or Advisory on Marriages
6. NBI
7. My valid US tourist visa
Questions:
1. My info (name bday)
2. Relationship to petitioner
3. Husband's name
4. Countries I've been to, have you been to China?
5. How many times I've been to US
6. Did you work outside the Philippines
7. Is he living alone?
8. What state?
9. Do I have a previous marriage? Did he?
10. Who is your joint sponsor?
11. How many are they at home?

USEM is open for US citizen petitioners only. According to my husband, there are less than 10 people inside the embassy and the interview portion is quick. He was approved on the spot but we need to update his DS260 online, which I did right away. As of this writing, we are still waiting for his visa and hopefully he could fly within this month.
