Everything went fine. Even though the typhoon caused a lot of havoc the day before, the embassy opened the next day and handled the scheduled interviews.
Questions were:
- How did you meet your husband?
- When did you meet your husband?
- What is your husband’s work?
- What time does your husband start working?
- When was your first in-person meeting?
- How many times did your husband visit you?
- What places did you visit together?
- How many people were at your wedding?
- What are your husband’s hobbies? What does he like to do?
Probably the only curve ball was that they wanted an “Advisory of Marriage†for *both* of us... she and I... from PSA. Appointment was at 7:30 am and we were let in around 7:00. The guard asked for passport and DS260 confirmation page before letting us through. All personnel were polite and courteous. Social distancing is observed. First step was the pre-screening, where all civil documents are to be submitted and checked, took about 15 minutes. Fingerprint scanning is second, fast. Last was the interview, was asked to take off mask and face shield. The CO asked the basics, who's the petitioner, name, birthdays, wedding date, how did we meet, and a few more. While asking questions, he looked over the original files that was just submitted while checking the CEAC portal (I assume, as he looks like he is double checking my answer to the documents on hand, and to the one on the screen). Then he handed me the paper with information on domestic violence, telling me to call if needed and that it will not affect my immigration status. He then asked about my husband's previous marriages. Then he said, "it seem... read complete review

Appointment done in 2 hrs!
My schedule was 6:30 in the morning. Left Embassy at 8:30 am.
step 1 - showed my ds-260 and passport to a lady, she attached a sticker with my name and a barcode in it, then she returned it to me together with the passport which is inside a ziploc.
step 2 - bag inspection/ security check, make sure you dont have your cellphone or any gadget with you
step 3 - pre screening interview
step 4- biometrics
step 5- final interview with the consul
The consul I spoke with is very nice and friendly.
He asked the following questions:
What is your name?
who is your petitioner?
What is your relationship with the petitioner?
what is his job?
what state does he live in?
where and when did you meet?
how long have you been married?
did you get married here in the philippines?
when did your husband enter the United States?
Do y... read complete review
