To God all be the glory!
I got there at the US embassy 0515am for my 0615am appointment and behold about a hundred of people are already in the line waiting. Whoa! seriously?! There are two lines: for immigrant and non-immigrant visas. I brought my brother with me, good thing because I thought I could surrender my cellphone in the US embassy guard but they don't collect cellphones, so if you will go there alone, don't bring your cellphone. I just gave cellphone to my brother and told him to wait for me.
0600am the line if already moving. The guard outside will collect the first page of the appointment letter and sign it. She also put a sticker with a number on my passport and place it inside the zip-lock bag (your passport should not have a plastic cover or any of that sort), return the signed appointment letter and give you a form for 2go service with a sticker that's has the same number on your passport. After that we went inside no any electronic gadg... read complete review

October 07, 2013 Interview
Arrived at 4:30aam, we were only 5 applicants for K1 and less than 30pax for family based visa. Around 7am we already got inside the embassy dropped the DS-forms. It was very fast coz we were only few. Around 8:30 I’m done with the interview and waited until 9:30 for my turn at the releasing section.
Questions asked by the consul:
FIL Consul: (looks like she’s on training)
My Birthday, Mobile No, E-mail Add, Home Add.
What’s my civil status and if I have kids.
How many divorce (Fiancé)
How many visit (Fiancé)
When did he visit.
Did I travel to other countries? and did I stay there over 3mos?
Then she asked for I-134 and latest 1040.
AMERICAN Consul. At Window 65 (strict and not smiling)
My age and Fiance age.
How many times did he get married?
How we met.
What’s his job.
Where he lives.
What’s my work. ... read complete review

Well, I know this is a bit late, but I figured leaving a review will help others. Our K1 was approved July 22, 2013.
My then fiance flew to the Philippines a week before the interview to accompany me, more so because I was a nervous wreck. He had already booked our flight for August 1 and we were still unsure if I would be able to go back with him or not.
Our schedule was 7:30am and we were there at about 6-6:30 am. There was already a long line. There would be a lot of vendors in the area, but just to be sure, do ask the uniformed personnel. (In our case, we asked the guard where the line for the K1 was.)
Personnel will ask for your requirements and look at them, provide you queue numbers but I'll skip right ahead to the interviews part. It probably took two hours from when we got to the embassy, and we finally got to the first interview. He was a middle-aged America who took fingerprints and just looked at my files and ask us how we wer... read complete review

APPROVED
I was schedule for an interview last October 1,2013 as early as 6:15 am. Day before my interview I checked in at bayview park hotel .The hotel is quite cheap (3,000 php per night) and walking distance going to US embassy Manila .
I woke up as early as 4am and ate some light meals. Re checked my documents and make sure my bags don't have USB/Chargers /SD CArd and gadgets .Went to Embassy as early as 5am and to my surprise the lines sooo long even I went there hour before.
Around 6am I'm already inside the embassy .They will ask your appointment letter (with St.Lukes stamp ) and they will give you 2go Forms.
Security inside is so tight
They will give you your number and wait your number to flash .Number flash random so Better don't go around .
The interview is just 4 steps:
1.Step One
Biometrics
They will asked for you basic question such as your ... read complete review
