My wife got scheduled for 6:30am appointment, we arrived at 6am just to make sure we are queued in the front of the line.
The promptly started the pre-screening at 630am, first, it was a Filipino lady that went through a few paperwork with us and asked
where we met, how long and some pictures to as proof. It was followed by quick bio metric fingerprinting and the final interview.
Our final interview with one of the American consul went really well. He looked through our paperwork; mainly the i846 forms, taxes and followed by three questions. Where did we meet, when did we meet and where will we be staying the states? He closed our file, gave my wife a pamphlet and said Congratulations, you are approved.

I had my interview on May 26, Friday 7:10 AM. My fiancé was with me on that day. We arrived there 3:30 am and I'm the 3rd applicant in the 2nd batch of the time 7:10 because they classified it by time of your schedule on your interview. There were many vendors outside the U.S Embassy sells ballpen and even taking pictures for 2x2 and they also informed you the things that you should not allowed you to bring with you inside the premises. Dont worry if you forgot your 2x2 pictures, there were Kodak film services inside the U.S Embassy that only cost 80 php. They started calling by time on 6:30 am to fall in line on the tent. They called first the time 6:40 am schedule and they will ask some of your petitioner 's information and also your information and your DS-160 and they will put a barcode sticker with que number on the right side above of your DS-160. I was being interview last May 23,2017. During my interview the lady ask me how many times did my fiance got married and I answered twice because I was thinking that he had been married twice and that makes me wrong because he had been married just once,then I call the embassy to correct my mistakes then I received an email from U.S embassy and now my case status is now escalated post. What possible to happen with my case? How long escalated post it takes?

This website has helped me a lot, so I wanted to share my Manila US Embassy experience last May 16.
I was a bit late and couldn't believe I forgot to bring my interview confirmation, lol. As it happens, they really just need your DS-160 and passport, so I got through.
There were basically 3 steps: 1. Pre-screening by a Filipino interviewer 2. Fingerprinting 3. Final interview with an American Consul
1. Pre-screening- This went fast for me, and I'm glad it was a Filipino so we were basically just conversing in Tagalog. He collected my payment receipt, Birth Cert, Cenomar, NBI clearance, and Form I-134. He asked me questions about myself in the beginning, and then a little bit about how I met my fiance, the whole time he was typing on his computer. He was really nice and easy to talk to. Then he told me to go to the fingerprinting window.
