In general, the process at the embassy is pretty self-explanatory - you will know what to do if you listen and follow the directions from the people at the consular 
I had my interview early in the morning and I was there 20 min before the appointment. First advice: During this time of the year, bring warm clothes because you will be waiting outside for a while before you get to go inside. I checked in with my passport + appointment confirmation and got a ticket with a number on it (keep this ticket on you). I was then asked to go to the next line (still outside) where I waited to enter the first building. This is the security check. (No phones - leave them at home/in the car!) After security, I walked to the main building.

I had my interview at 10 am and went to the embassy around 9.30 am. I first had to go to the left line for the Visa applicants and someone crossed my name from a list with all the people that had interviews today. After that I got a number and had to go to the right line for the U.S. citizens. I waited about 30 minutes and was called in to go through a security check (I didn’t had my phone or anything with me that wasn’t allowed so i went through without any problems). The officers told me to go to the next building to check in. There I had to tell why I’m there and had to go to the window with the number 22. When I went to the window there was a man that told me what’s gonna happen and kept my passport with my file that I sent in after the package 3 and told me to sit down until my number will be on the screen. My appointment was on February 18, 2020 at 9:30am. I went to the Consulate at 8:45am. My fiancé came with me and was able to go into the Consulate with me (they were very nice about it). He got a little card with an A on it to show that he can come in with me. I was waiting in line for 30 minutes before entering the little security area (like an airport security area). At the reception I got a piece of paper explaining the process and where I had to go etc. Everyone was super nice. When it was time for my interview the women made take an oath to tell the truth and told my fiancé that it’s fine for him to be there, but that he should just listen and not answer, since it was my interview .
She then proceeded to ask me the following questions:
- When are you planning to travel to the US?
- Who is your sponsor?
- When and where did you meet?
- Did you have a continuous relationship since then?

The interview was scheduled for 7:30 today, we arrived at 7 and were first in line. At 7:30 they started checking people's paperwork. We went to the window outside, got the sticker for the passport and our number, and were sent through security. Security was quick, only took a couple of minutes. It took longer for people who wore belts, brought their phones, or anything else they tell you not to bring. Once through security we walked to the main building and spoke with the person at the front desk who directed us to the cashier at window 22 to pay our final fees (since we applied DCF). The man at the cashier booth was friendly, took my husband's passport and put it with his file, then told us to take a seat and wait for our number to flash on the screen to know which window to go to. Good experience. Everyone was friendly and nice, the interview took maybe ten minutes. I didn’t have to wait too long, however, the line in front of the building was long and I had to wait for 45 mind to get through security. Would advise to take original documents to the appointment, if you have not sent them in with P3. I did not send my original birth certificate, and had to send in the original after the interview. The lady said I should have been informed, but she saw in the system that I wasn’t. I send a copy of the certificate, with a translation.
It was a good experience.
