Actualy the more i think about it the more it makes sense, they probably cut the corner off so customs control can see into the package without tearing it open thus rendering the point of do not open useless..

My Fiancee received her packet from Kingston and its strange to me the the sealed envelope has the entire corner cut off and the documents exposed but only in the corner, does anyone else get a packet like this? Please keep in mind the packet looks to be purposely cut out in the corner and not necessarily tampered with.

No offense but 2 felonies and doesnt even contribute to this country in the form of taxes well i for one dont want a citizen like that here but luckily its not me to decide!

I would advise to wait for true love, shes 19 there's no rush she doesnt have to live in that village she can move to the city or anywhere theres only so poor that you can be might as well be poor in a better place and happy in love than well off in a nicer place and miserable.

Ok so we are in AP and they were just waiting on her passport to be mailed in for the Visa stamp, i emailed the embassy and they said they received the passport on sept 9th and that its in the process of printing, i have checked DHL and nothing yet in addition to calling USCIS and they say its still processing and no decision has been made grrrrrrrrrrrrr. Anyways why would the embassy say its printing and USCIS say something else, is it printing or still in processing?

When my Fiancee comes here will she have to pay taxes on any money brought into the country?

Heres the facts and ill tell it from another angle and then you can decide. Every time i visit my Fiancee she is there waiting for me with a huge smile and we make love, real passionate love like it has been an eternity since we last seen each other. When i leave her shes in tears or at least the first few times, now we are both very sad but have come to terms that ill always go back until shes here with me. My Fiancee shows some jealousy but in a good way, a way that lets me know she cares. We talk every day for the last year and a half for 3-5 hours a day and even im at work shell text me on her lunch breaks to see how i am doing. how do you check the DHL to see if your approved?

Email kingstonivinfo@state.gov and send the packet 3 which you can get from the kingston embassy website at http://kingston.usembassy.gov/fees/forms.html make sure to also fill out the DS forms and ask to have your invitation letter sent to your email address.

The Beneficary is suppose to receive it, I emailed Kingston's Embassy and the sent me the packet via email, but we have not received the hard copy yet.

Hmm funny Kingston didnt send us one either and we waited a month finally i got one be emailing them like you did.

I agree with all the posts about canceling the check before its cashed, its not BOLD as you stated previously. There is nothing Illegal about a cancelled check its a service his bank offers and the government will just see this as the funds werent available at the time they got the application. Just chill out relax and cut your Fiance a break because honestly your being a bit hostile and overly panicked.

Dont wait any longer contact them asap i didnt wait for packet 3 and this is the process we took. I may be wrong but i believe Suva Fiji is where she will interview correct?

I dont know what needs to be changed but i see some people on here and think wow how did they get approved lol.
